OUR PROCESS INCLUDES
Initial site identification using 15’ – 30’
catchment areas to define the analysis zone.
Demand heatmaps refine the process,
recalculating trip volumes and travel time
savings at each stage to create a
commercially viable, robust, and optimized
network.
Final site selection considers several key criteria
including: first and last mile accessibility, airspace
compatibility, utility infrastructure, operating cost,
environmental context, and local governmental and
community support.
